Is our banner Static or Scrolling?: Static

We're already affiliated with you, but we have a new banner. Also, you put our banner in the marquee even though your banner was static. Could you please replace our old banner with our new one and put in with the other static affiliates?

Actually, we want our banner to be in the marquee. We've moved your banner to the scrolling affiliates on our site. However, we still want our affiliate button changed.
